What "sell" or "share" may mean
Depending on applicable state privacy law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA and similar laws), some disclosure of personal information to third parties for marketing or analytics purposes may be considered a "sale" or "share." UtahRefi provides this page so you can submit opt-out requests where applicable.
How to opt out

Email us at hello@utahrefi.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". Please include your full name, email address, and phone number used on our site so we can locate and update your record.

- A statement that you are requesting opt-out from sale/share of your personal information
Identity verification
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional details or deny the request as permitted by law.
Response timing
We will respond within legally required timeframes, where applicable. Under CCPA, this is generally within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if needed (with notice).
